Ok so this is my first blog! yay! thanks michael for suggesting this site. I'm really excited i have time now to actually do some leisure writing as opposed to massive amounts of essays and research papers.
and thank you jolie for giving me the idea of doing an all-black blog. save some energy here.
ok so here we go... i would like to start off with my intentions for this blog:
i would like to tap into some critical thinking that some people might forget to do.
I feel as though there is so much static (i.e. television, radio, people) that people are exposed to that sometimes human instinct gets left unheard. I want to make sure there is still a push for better causes and the benefitting of humankind.
I will be posting things i've learned through either reading or discussing things with other people. i have an EXTREMELY strong passion for learning... i want to know anything and everything. This is the perfect oppurtunity for me to record all that i know or how i reflect on certain things. Concurrently, i would like to share those same interests and hopefully spark some interest in different things among readers. Whether you go away with thoughts like "she's crazy!" or more like "wow. i want to learn more about that." either way, i have affected you and that's all we're really doing here anyway: affecting the world we live in with each breath we take.
ok i'm currently in the middle of a painting and it needs to be done by christmas. so i will write more later. thanks for reading!
